Oversees the day-to-day transport operations, working closely with our drivers and coordinating daily workloads. Responsible for driver communication, job allocation and transport planning to ensure collections and deliveries run safely, efficiently and on schedule.
Sandu Buftea
Transport Manager & Planner
Responsible for planning and coordinating transport jobs, allocating work to drivers and ensuring collections and deliveries are organised efficiently. Also responsable for managing driver communication during night shift, providing ongoing support to ensure operations continue to run smoothly and on schedule.
